At Natuurlik Handcrafted, we like to do things the old-fashioned way. Our favorite way to sell our products is face-to-face at markets/events. We are constantly expanding our Calendar of Events. Also, check out the Find Us Here tab for a list of retail stores that carry our products. However, if neither of those options work for you and you want to re-order a favorite candle, we have you covered. We don't have a true online ordering system, but we have something that works well. Our ordering process isn’t fancy! Simply message us through our Contact Us tab, and tell us what you would like to order (which candle, what size, and how many). Please remember to include your full name and shipping address. We will then respond by email with an electronic invoice for products, plus shipping. This electronic invoice can be paid online through an easy secure payment link you will find on the invoice. Once the invoice is paid, your order will ship within 2 business days. Please note: We do not mark up our shipping. We use USPS flat rate, and have found that to be the most affordable option. With flat rate shipping you pay for a certain box size, not by the weight of the box. We can usually fit 3 - 4 candles in a box, depending on size. This means that you may pay the same amount of shipping for one candle as you would pay for three candles.
